Bohai Chemical: Full-owned subsidiary PDH device maintenance delayed until February 2026.

Bohai Chemical announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Bohai Petrochemical's 600,000 tons/year PDH unit will be shut down for maintenance on October 13, 2025, with an originally estimated maintenance period of around 30 days. During the maintenance period, due to the demand for the new acrylic ester and superabsorbent resin new material projects in the plant area, it is necessary to coordinate and test the equipment and public works with the PDH unit to ensure the stable operation of the unit. The maintenance period has been extended, and it is expected that the unit will resume production by the end of February 2026. The company reminds investors to pay attention to investment risks.
