The registered capital is 300 million RMB, and the business scope includes manufacturing of semiconductor device specialized equipment, sales of semiconductor device specialized equipment, manufacturing of electronic special materials, manufacturing of industrial automatic control system devices, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Huayuan Holdings.
