Its business scope includes real estate development and operation; interior decoration and renovation of residential buildings; real estate brokerage; property management; parking lot services, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, the company is jointly held by China Merchants Shekou's wholly-owned subsidiary Pinghu Zhaolu Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yueheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., and others.
