Three residential land plots in Guangzhou have been listed for sale, with a total starting price of 4.271 billion yuan.

On November 21, the Guangzhou City Planning and Natural Resources Bureau announced that three residential land parcels in Haizhu District, Baiyun District, and Panyu District were listed for sale, with a total starting price of 4.271 billion yuan. The auction will take place on December 20. According to statistics from the China Real Estate Research Institute, there are currently 20 residential land parcels in Guangzhou waiting to be auctioned in December, with a total starting price of over 25.4 billion yuan. These parcels include high-quality residential land in the core areas of the main city as well as mature residential land in the outskirts.
