Shangmei Intelligence partners with Tencent Cloud to launch multiple intelligent body applications

Shangmei Smart Hotel Group, in collaboration with Tencent Cloud, has launched multiple intelligent applications "Shang Xiaomei AI", "Business AI", and "Urban AI", to assist in internal office collaboration, employee training, and digital management of stores to enhance efficiency. In the future, the two parties will further explore more AI applications in hotel vertical scenarios, such as guests being able to directly complete needs such as extending their stay, checking out, and item delivery through AI conversations.
