Midea responds to request to stop Xiaomi Gree business: No forced exclusivity behavior.

According to reports, Midea has recently stopped allowing service providers to simultaneously work with both Xiaomi and Gree. This policy was relayed to partners individually by regional managers in China, and it affects after-sales and installation services for air conditioners from Xiaomi, Gree, and other brands. In response to this, Midea stated today to Sina Technology: "Midea has always adhered to the principle of putting user experience first, and does not engage in forced exclusive cooperation with service providers. Thank you for your attention."
