Turkish safeguard measures on imported nylon yarn sunset review final ruling

Recently, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2025/7, affirming the positive final ruling of the second sunset review of safeguard measures on imported nylon yarn, and recommending the continuation of safeguard measures for a period of three years on the products involved. The implementation of the measures shall be in accordance with the Presidential Decree on Taxation in Turkey.
