(Wuxi Traffic Group) entered into a subscription agreement with the bond underwriter (underwriter) regarding the issuance of RMB 1.5 billion bonds with a maturity date of 2028 and an interest rate of 2.95 basis points by the issuer, and will benefit from the warranty and liquidity support agreement provided by Wuxi Traffic Group, as well as the equity purchase commitment agreement.
