A drone collides with a weather balloon in the air.

According to a preliminary investigation report by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released on November 20th, a United Airlines flight 1093 was struck by an object believed to be a weather balloon while flying over Utah on October 16th this year. The impact caused two pilots to be hit by glass shards, and the captain suffered multiple abrasions on his right arm.
