Sansei Pharmaceuticals (01530.HK) suggests spinning off Mundy International and listing it independently on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Zhixin Financial News APP reported that Sansei Pharmaceuticals (01530.HK) announced that the company is proposing to spin off its subsidiary, Mandi Group, and list it independently on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The proposed spin-off is expected to be carried out through (i) the distribution of all Mandi shares held by shareholders to shareholders in proportion to their respective shareholdings in the company as determined by the record date set by the board of directors, and (ii) a global offering of new Mandi shares, including a public offering in Hong Kong and an international offering.
