ST Kokli Holdings: Transfer of shares under the major shareholder agreement completed.

ST Colida announcement, the controlling shareholder Colida Group has signed a "Suzhou Colida Decoration Co., Ltd. Share Transfer Agreement" with Mr. Cui Jianquan. Colida Group plans to transfer 40 million shares of Colida's unrestricted tradable shares to Mr. Cui Jianquan through the agreement, representing 6.71% of the current total share capital of the company. The compliance of this agreement has been confirmed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and on November 20, 2025, the company obtained a "Confirmation of Securities Transfer Registration" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited with a transfer date of November 19, 2025.
