Hudian Corporation (002463.SZ) is planning to purchase a 15% equity share and patent technology assets of Shengwei Strategy from related parties.

Intelluctual Finance APP news, Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd. (002463.SZ) announced that, in order to further enhance its control and operational decision-making efficiency over Shengwei Ce Electronics (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shengwei Ce"), the company has agreed to purchase 15% of Shengwei Ce's equity held by affiliated party Schweizer Electronic AG for a price of 19.0091 million euros. After this transaction is completed, the company's ownership of Shengwei Ce will increase from 84% to 99%.
