Vanke: Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approves the agreement to grant a loan to Shenzhen Metro Group.

Vanke Corporation announced on November 20th on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that, following approval at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, they approve, confirm, and ratify the loan framework agreement entered into by the company with Shenzhen Metro Group and the transactions intended to be conducted under it; approve, confirm, and ratify the proposed annual limit for transactions under the loan framework agreement; authorize the board of directors of the company and may delegate to other authorized persons to exercise all powers and take other related actions as they deem necessary, including entering into any other documents or agreements that they consider necessary or expedient for the execution of the transactions intended to be conducted under the loan framework agreement.
