Hangzhou Yuhang District launches a new policy of purchase subsidies, with a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per unit for specific properties.
On November 20th, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, together with the District Finance Bureau, issued a "Notice on Promoting Real Estate Market Consumption." The notice stated that in order to further promote the stable and healthy development of the local real estate market, support the rigid and improvement housing needs of the people, and boost market consumption vitality, the following measures to promote real estate market consumption are now being announced:
1. Support residential consumption. Encourage related real estate projects to actively offer discounts to meet the rigid and improvement housing needs of the people. From the date of the notice's release until December 31, 2025, for projects implementing promotional discounts, a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per unit will be given to the purchasing families of newly-built commercial residential properties after obtaining the property rights certificate. This subsidy cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with the "Home Purchase + Consumption Voucher" activity launched on October 27, 2025.
2. Encourage non-residential consumption. From the date of the notice's release until December 31, 2025, enterprises and individuals purchasing new commercial non-residential properties within the entire district will be subsidized 50% of the actual deed tax paid after obtaining the property rights certificate for the purchased non-residential properties.
