Youbao Online (02429.HK) entered into a Trusted Asset Management Platform Service Agreement with Ant Double Chain Technology.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Youbao Online (02429.HK) announced on November 20, 2025 (after trading hours), the group entered into a Trusted Asset Management Platform Services Agreement with Ant Double Link Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Ant Double Link Technology). According to the agreement, Ant Double Link Technology agrees to provide services to the group on the Ant Digital Technology Trusted Asset Management Platform, either by itself or together with its affiliates and/or suppliers, including supplying trustworthy chain software development tools (SDK) products and related services and infrastructure services. The contract duration is two years, starting from the date of delivery or provision of the above products and/or services to the group.
