China Tower Corporation Limited (00788.HK) proposes to appoint Luan Xiaowei as non-executive director.

China Tower (00788.HK) announced that Mr. Liu Guiqing has resigned from his positions as non-executive director, member of the board's strategic committee, and member of the audit committee due to a change in job responsibilities. His resignation will take effect from the date a new non-executive director is elected at the company's second special shareholders' meeting to be held on December 23, 2025. In addition, the board of directors has recommended the appointment of Mr. Luan Xiaowei as a non-executive director, subject to approval by the shareholders. His term will take effect from the date approved by the shareholders at the special shareholders' meeting and will last until the completion of the third session of the board of directors' term.
