Yunnan Aluminium Co., Ltd.: Chairman Ji Shujun resigns due to job changes.

Yunchuan Aluminum announced that the board of directors received the resignation report from Mr. Ji Shujun. Due to changes in work, Mr. Ji Shujun resigned from the positions of director, chairman of the board of directors, director of the strategic committee, and member of the nomination committee, and will not hold any position in the company after resignation. According to relevant regulations, his resignation did not result in the number of board members falling below the statutory minimum, and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors. The resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. Mr. Ji Shujun does not hold any shares of the company.
