Sinopec: Sells equity in Sinopec Solar Energy for a cash consideration of RMB 515 million.

The announcement of Sinyi Energy states that on November 20, 2025, the equity transfer agreement and supplementary agreement have been concluded, with the seller agreeing to sell and the buyer agreeing to purchase the equity for a cash consideration of RMB 515 million. This transaction constitutes a disclosable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules. After the completion of the transaction, Sinyi Solar will no longer be a subsidiary of Sinyi Energy, and the remaining equity will be accounted for by the equity method.
