(referred to as "Kaisun Holdings") plans to reduce its total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 9.9364 million shares (not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., December 12, 2025).
