Wankai New Materials announced that the company and related personnel received a warning letter from the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The warning letter pointed out that the company only disclosed the profit and loss situation of unilateral investment income and fair value changes on the futures side in its regular reports, but did not fully disclose the corresponding profit and loss situation of spot orders. Some special accounts for raised funds were opened without authorization, and the short-term idle raised funds for financial management exceeded the authorized amount. This violates the provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies" and the "Regulatory Requirements for the Management and Use of Fund-Raising by Listed Companies" and other regulations. The company and related personnel will strictly rectify in accordance with the requirements and submit a written rectification report.
