Nanjing Business Travel: Controlling shareholder completes restructuring.

Nanjing Business Travel announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Nanjing Tourism Group Co., Ltd., has completed restructuring and changed its name to Nanjing Culture and Tourism Group Co., Ltd. After the restructuring, the Nanjing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission directly holds 42% of the new Culture and Tourism Group, while the ownership stake of Chengjian Group in the Culture and Tourism Group has been passively diluted from 60% to 35%, and is no longer an indirect controlling shareholder of Nanjing Business Travel. The actual controller and controlling shareholder of Nanjing Business Travel remain unchanged.
