Jinjie Xing announced that the company plans to transfer some assets related to the PCB production and manufacturing process in the existing business to its wholly-owned subsidiary JieXing ZhiZao at their actual net book value. In order to ensure the subsequent production and operation of JieXing ZhiZao, the company plans to increase its capital by 49.9 million yuan to JieXing ZhiZao with its own funds. After the capital increase, the registered capital of JieXing ZhiZao will increase from 100,000 yuan to 50 million yuan.
