Agricultural Bank of China (01288.HK) completes the issuance of 2025 Tier 2 capital bonds (Fourth Tranche) (Bond Connect)

Zhifu Finance App News, Agricultural Bank (01288.HK) announced that, with the approval of relevant regulatory agencies, the bank has issued "China Agricultural Bank Co., Ltd. 2025 Tier 2 Capital Bonds (Series 4) (Bond Connect)" (this series of bonds) in the national interbank bond market. This series of bonds was booked on November 18, 2025, and was fully issued on November 20, 2025. The total issuance size of this series of bonds is RMB 35 billion, divided into two types. Type I is a 10-year fixed-rate bond with an issuance size of RMB 32 billion and a coupon rate of 2.14%, with a conditional redemption right for the issuer at the end of the 5th year; Type II is a 15-year fixed-rate bond with an issuance size of RMB 3 billion and a coupon rate of 2.40%, with a conditional redemption right for the issuer at the end of the 10th year.
