Pin Gao Corporation: Li Miaomiao appointed as the company's general manager.

On November 20th, Pengao Group announced that the Board of Directors had recently received the resignation report of General Manager Huang Hai. Huang Hai resigned from the position of General Manager to focus more on fulfilling the duties of the Chairman of the Board. He will continue to serve as the Chairman of the company after his resignation, and will remain one of the actual controllers of the company. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Li Miaomiao as the new General Manager, with a term starting from the date of this Board meeting approval until the end of the fourth session of the Board of Directors.
