Xi'an Western Electronics: General Electric's Singapore company plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 3%

China's West Electric Power announced that General Electric Singapore Company, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 153.7765 million shares from December 12, 2025 to March 11, 2026, which is not more than 3% of the total share capital of the company. Among them, no more than 51.2588 million shares will be reduced through centralized bidding transactions, and no more than 102.5176 million shares will be reduced through block trading transactions. The source of the shares is from non-public issuance.
