Enwei Pharmaceuticals announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Enwei Group, pledged 5 million shares of the company, accounting for 16.82% of its holdings and 4.86% of the total share capital. The pledge began on November 17, 2025, for the purpose of its own production and operation. After this pledge, Enwei Group's cumulative pledged shares account for 93.77% of its holdings and 27.10% of the total share capital in the company.
