Wisdom Finance and Economics App learned that on November 20th, the Ministry of Commerce held a regular press conference, where spokesperson He Yongqian introduced the recent key work in the field of commerce. In response to questions from reporters regarding the dispute involving ASML, He Yongqian emphasized that the root and responsibility of the current global semiconductor supply chain chaos lies with the Dutch side. The Dutch side voluntarily suspended the administrative order, which was welcomed by the Chinese side. This is the first step towards properly resolving the issue, but there is still a gap before the problem is completely resolved. It is hoped that the Dutch side will continue to show sincerity in cooperation, take practical actions, and swiftly and effectively push for the early resolution of the ASML semiconductor issue to restore the safety and stability of the global semiconductor production supply chain.
