This accounts for 27.32% of the shares held by Anji Zhulai and 2.17% of the total share capital of the company. The pledged financing is used for tax payment. Anji Zhulai holds 18.29 million shares directly, accounting for 7.95% of the total share capital. After this extension, a total of 9 million shares were pledged, accounting for 49.18% of their holdings and 3.91% of the total share capital. Zhang Chongshun, Chen Yuying, and Anji Zhulai are concerted actors, holding a total of 131 million shares. After the extension, a total of 32.78 million shares were pledged, accounting for 25% of the concerted actors' holdings and 14.24% of the total share capital.
