Changshu Bank Announcement: President Lu Dingchang, Vice Presidents Zhang Kangde, Gan Qing, Cheng Pengfei, Ni Jianfeng, and Secretary of the Board Tang Zhifeng plan to increase their holdings of A shares by at least 550,000 shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange starting from November 21, 2025 for a period of 6 months. Among them, Lu Dingchang will increase by at least 200,000 shares, Zhang Kangde, Gan Qing, and Tang Zhifeng will each increase by at least 50,000 shares, and Cheng Pengfei, and Ni Jianfeng will each increase by at least 100,000 shares.
