The People's Government of Guangdong Province issued the "Plan for the Construction of the National Digital Economy Innovation and Development Pilot Zone in Guangdong Province", proposing to strengthen the new supply of computing power industry. Build an internationally influential semiconductor and integrated circuit industry cluster zone, and create a national integrated circuit "third pole". Develop an ecosystem for compatible chip development, accelerate the research, development, production, and verification applications of high-performance, low-power consumption end-side chips. Encourage enterprises to promote the research and development of decision-making, control, drive, communication, display and other module through integrated computing chips, processors, RF communication, intelligent sensors, optical chips, and memory. Explore and apply diverse emerging technologies and architectures such as storage-computing integration, neuromorphic computing, chiplets, RISC-V instruction set, and promote high-performance cloud intelligent servers.
