On November 20th, Huitongda announced that it had terminated its employment relationship with former vice president and board secretary Ms. Ni Juan on June 30, 2025. The announcement stated that she had concealed violations from the Xinjiang Securities Regulatory Bureau and the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Additionally, Ni Juan did not meet performance targets during her tenure at the company and was deemed incompetent for the job. According to the Science and Technology Board Daily, on November 20th, former senior executive Ni Juan of Huifengda provided a written statement refuting the company's dismissal announcement on the same day, claiming that she did not hide any violations and had reported compliance measures and met performance standards. She also accused the company of altering assessment criteria and has sued them in court, alleging defamation in the announcement and reserving the right to pursue legal action. Sina Technology contacted Huifengda as investors, and they stated that they would provide feedback to the relevant departments and that official announcements should be followed.
