Zhtng Cijng APP learned that on November 20th, Shuichuang Securities (601136.SH) announced that due to retirement age, Bi Jinsong applied to resign from the position of Chairman and Director of the second Board of Directors of the company, as well as the corresponding positions in the specialized committees under the board, and will not hold any position in the company after resigning from the aforementioned positions. Due to work arrangement adjustments, Zhang Tao applied to resign from the position of General Manager of the company, and will take over as the Chairman of the second Board of Directors of the company after Bi Jinsong. In addition, Mr. Liu Huibin was elected as the Vice Chairman of the second Board of Directors of the company, and Jiang Qingfeng will succeed Zhang Tao as the General Manager of the company.
