The number of branches for the integrated domestic and foreign currency business in Ezhou, Hubei has increased nearly threefold.
The latest data from the Ezhou branch of the People's Bank of China shows that with the continuous densification of the international cargo flight network at Huahu International Airport, the city's foreign exchange business has shown a rapid growth trend. As of the end of September, the number of outlets in Ezhou City that can handle both domestic and foreign currency business has increased by 275% compared to the same period last year, with 97 unified domestic and foreign currency accounts, an increase of over 12 times year-on-year. The city's foreign exchange derivative trading volume reached 59.2936 million US dollars, with a hedge rate of 20.71%, ranking at the forefront of the province.
