During the question and answer session at the performance release conference, Lenovo's Executive Vice President and China President Liu Jun said that the company is restructuring and reforming different business models for large customers and small and medium-sized enterprise customers. Liu Jun revealed Lenovo's current strategic progress from three aspects: First, the company has perfected the "one horizontal and four verticals" strategic layout. The horizontal aspect refers to the all-heterogeneous smart computing platform, while the four verticals are servers, storage, data networks, and hyper-convergence, which constitute a very comprehensive infrastructure layout that Lenovo has already completed. Second, all major CSP customers are now Lenovo's clients, with Lenovo showing outstanding performance in E/SMB and growing rapidly, with a stable market base. Third, Lenovo's clear differentiating competitive advantage lies in the scheduling of heterogeneous computational power and liquid cooling technology.
