At the 2025 Integrated Circuit Development Forum and the 31st Integrated Circuit Design Industry Exhibition held on November 20th, Dai Weimin, founder, chairman, and president of Core Origin Co., Ltd., stated that by 2028, China will have less than 10 basic large-scale models, and sales of edge-side tuning cards and inference cards will surpass training cards used for cloud-side. By 2035, AI-related chips will occupy 77.7% of the semiconductor market share, and the widespread adoption of edge AI devices will become a core driving force for semiconductor market growth.
