MP Materials and Saudi Mining Company will build a rare earth refining plant in Saudi Arabia.

US rare earth producer MP Materials announced on November 19th that it will establish a joint venture with the US Department of Defense and the Saudi mining company to develop a rare earth refining plant in Saudi Arabia.
