MiHoYo establishes two new technology companies, including digital cultural and creative related businesses.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Shanghai Mihoyo Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Mihoyo Panyanzhiji Technology Co., Ltd. were established, with registered capital of 10 million yuan each. Their business scopes include: digital cultural and creative software development; digital cultural and creative content application services; internet information services; network cultural operation, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, both companies are wholly owned by Shanghai Mihoyo Network Technology Co., Ltd.
