The first strategic dialogue between the foreign ministers of China and Kyrgyzstan was successfully held in Bishkek.

On November 19, 2025 local time, Wang Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of Foreign Affairs, held the first strategic dialogue with Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Kulebaev in Bishkek. The two sides had comprehensive and in-depth communication on implementing the consensus of the two countries' leaders and strengthening strategic coordination for development, reaching broad consensus, and jointly announcing the launch of the strategic dialogue mechanism between the two foreign ministers.
