AMD, Cisco, and Saudi HUMAIN will establish a joint venture to deploy AI infrastructure.

According to a joint statement on November 19th, AMD, Cisco, and the Saudi Public Investment Fund's HUMAIN will invest to establish a joint venture, with plans to deploy up to 1 gigawatt of AI infrastructure by 2030. The joint venture is expected to begin operations in 2026, with plans to deploy 100 megawatts of infrastructure in the first phase. The infrastructure will utilize HUMAIN's modern data center capacity, AMD Instinct MI450 series GPUs, and Cisco's key infrastructure solutions.
