The US Department of Energy supports Constellation Energy Company in restarting the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant.

In the early trading session on Wednesday, the stock price of Constellation Energy Group rose 5.7%. Prior to this, the company announced it had received a $1 billion federal loan to restart Unit 1 at Three Mile Island, with Microsoft agreeing to purchase the electricity produced by the unit for its data centers.
