AstraZeneca Finance (08333) subsidiary intends to provide loan financing to Truesense Trading Limited.

The Zhuotong Finance APP News states that Ashitelong Financial (08333) has announced that on November 19, 2025, Lender A (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Ashitelong Capital Management Limited) has entered into a loan financing agreement with Lender B (Baihui Securities Limited), Lender C (Jinlifeng Securities Limited), and Borrower (Truesense Trading Limited). According to this agreement, the lenders have agreed that the sole purpose is to provide funding for the payment of the target shares (common shares of the target company Tiange Interactive (01980)) under the offer. The total loan financing amount granted does not exceed HKD 430 million. In this loan financing, Lender A has agreed to provide loan financing to the borrower not exceeding HKD 110 million, Lender B has agreed to provide loan financing to the borrower not exceeding HKD 120 million, and Lender C has agreed to provide loan financing to the borrower not exceeding HKD 200 million.
