The Zhixun Financial APP news, China An Holding Group (08462.HK) announced that effective from November 19, 2025: Mr. Zhou Zhijian, executive director, will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee; Mr. Pan Ruihe, independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee; Ms. Xiong Yuehan, executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
