The fluctuation is mainly due to a one-time income of approximately 9.1 million Hong Kong dollars confirmed for the six months ended September 30, 2024 from the deregistration of a subsidiary, which was not achieved for the six months ended September 30, 2025. Therefore, other income and net loss amount, which were approximately 8.1 million Hong Kong dollars net profit for the six months ended September 30, 2024, turned into approximately 1.1 million Hong Kong dollars net loss for the six months ended September 30, 2025.
