Zhtng Cijng APP news, China Party Culture (01532) announced that on November 19, 2025 (after the trading session), the company entered into a purchase agreement with the buyer Fuzhou Baihui Technology Co., Ltd., whereby the company agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the target company High Kelee Investment Holdings Limited, at a total price of 20.5 million RMB. Following the completion, the target group (target company and Zhejiang Keli) will no longer be subsidiaries of the company, and the financial performance of the target group will no longer be consolidated into the comprehensive financial statements to be published by the group.
