Through the Target application using ChatGPT, customers can receive personalized recommendations, add items to their shopping cart, and check out using Drive Up, in-store pick-up, or shipping. Target joins the ranks of over one million OpenAI enterprise customers, leveraging OpenAI models to support core products and platforms. Under the partnership agreement, Target will continue to use OpenAI API and ChatGPT Enterprise to enhance employee productivity and improve customer experience.
