Zhongdade Corporation announces its intention to jointly invest with related parties Cen Guojian, Li Qing, Liang Guangwei, and Beijing Qunyu Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. to establish Foshan Tianyuan Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment of the joint venture company is 8 million RMB, with the company contributing 3.2 million RMB in cash, accounting for 40% of the total investment.
