Wisdom financial APP news, Hantec Intelligent (301578.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 55% equity of Dongguan Huaze Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Huaze Electronics") in cash. After the completion of the transaction, Huaze Electronics will become a subsidiary controlled by the company.
