Yi Mei International Holdings (01870) subsidiary signs a joint development agreement with GEC.

News from the Wise Finance and Economics APP, Yi International Holdings (01870) announced that on November 18, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cuiyu Development Limited (Cuiyu Development) entered into a joint development agreement with Gainza Energy Corporation (GEC). According to the joint development agreement, Cuiyu Development and GEC intend to establish a joint venture company or special purpose entity (project company) to develop a 40MW fish-light complementary photovoltaic power station project (development project) in Buhi, Camarines Sur of the Philippines. Prior to entering into the joint development agreement, GEC had already submitted an intent letter for a solar energy operation contract for the development project to the Department of Energy of the Philippines.
