On November 19th, City Construction Development announced that on November 19, 2025, the company received the "Confirmation of Successful Bidding for the Transfer of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights in Beijing". The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing City Construction Xingrui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. won the bid for the land development project of Qiniandajie, Dongcheng District, Beijing, with a price of 2.028 billion RMB. The land is located within the Second Ring Road of Dongcheng District, with a total land area of 22,756.72 square meters and a total building area of 25,000 square meters.
