Orient Wind Power and Wanneng Energy jointly established a joint venture company, with Orient Wind Power holding 49% of the shares and Wanneng Energy holding 51% of the shares. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 1,856,830,205 yuan, with Orient Wind Power contributing by pricing 100% of the equity of Mulei Dongji. According to the asset valuation report issued by Beijing Tianjian Xingye Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd., based on the valuation reference date of June 30, 2025, the shareholder's equity value of Mulei Dongji New Energy Co., Ltd. after evaluation is 909,846.8 million yuan, with Wanneng Energy contributing 946,983.405 million yuan in cash.
